How to Order?

  1. Complete the Order Form with all required information.
  2. Please include the details of the items you wish to purchase, under the ‘Order’ field: Code, Colour, Size (if available), Quantity
  3. Kindly ensure that all fields are completed, so that we can process your order without any delay.
  4. All order forms received will be responded within 48 hours. (A notice will be given in the event that we are away, and we will respond as soon as we are back.)
  5. An invoice will be sent to your email once your order form has been processed. Payment would have to be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
  6. Our payment mode is bank transfer. Our bank account detail is: POSB Savings Account 270-06948-7
  7. Once you have made the bank transfer, please email the transaction slip to: askgoldtag@gmail.com.
  8. Your items will be mailed out once your payment has been received and verified. An email notification will be sent to you, and you can expect to receive it within the next few days. No amendment or cancellation of order would be accepted once the items have been mailed out.
  9. If payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe, we regret to inform you that your order would be released.

All orders will be based on a first-come first-serve basis, while stocks last.

No reservation of items would be accepted.

If an item is sold out, please send us an email so that we can contact you should there be any orders that are released or more pieces made available.

Return and Exchange Policy

Any postage fees involved during an exchange process will be borne by the customer.

Purchased items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt in original condition (without wash).

Kindly notify us through email (askgoldtag@gmail.com) of the item you wish to exchange for, and attach the invoice which has been sent.

Items can be exchanged with another that is of a similar or lower value.

If you have received a defect item, please email to us the photos of defect (one with defect area, one as a whole).

Once we have confirmed on the availability of the exchange item, further information will be emailed to you (e.g. which address to send your original item to).

We will take 7 days upon receipt of returned item to process your exchange.

Under circumstances that the returned item has been found of intent wear and tear, we would not be able to proceed with the exchange. The original item would be mailed back to the customer, and postage fees would be applicable.
